• Representatives will provide airport assistance at Quito or Guayaquil and at Baltra airports. Round trip transfers from Baltra airport to the M/V Galapagos Legend will be provided.

Confirmed reservation held with receipt of completed registration and 20% deposit.
Second payment of 25% due July 30, 2004.
Third installment payment of 25% due November 15, 2004.
Final payment of remaining 30% balance due January 15, 2005.

All deposits fully refundable without penalty until July 30, 2004.
August 1 - November 15th, 2004 cancellations are subject to $800 cancellation penalty.
November 16th, 2004 - January 15th, 2005 cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation penalty.
Cancellations after January 16th are subject to 100% cancellation penalty and not subject to refund.

Travel and trip cancellation insurance is available, but not mandatory.
Travel and trip cancellation insurance covers travelers against loss for cancellation for a covered reason after penalties apply.
Travel and trip cancellation insurance provides travelers with coverage for bankruptcy of company, itinerary change, baggage, medical expense, medical evacuation/ repatriation and missed connections.
Insurance rates are available upon request.
